Greenbriar Corporation of Dallas Leases 12,112 sf at Centura Tower I from Centura Tower, Ltd.

DALLAS, TX - February 19, 2001--Greenbriar Corporation has leased 12,112 sq. ft. at Centura Tower, located at 14185 Dallas Parkway at Spring Valley Rd. The space will be used for the new headquarters of Greenbriar.  Christopher C. Leighton of Henry S. Miller Investments Division handled the transaction for the tenant. Dale Ray of Capstar handled negotiations for the landlord.  Mr. Leighton recently sold the 25,509 sf Greenbriar Corp. headquarters building in Addison which prompted the move to leased space at Centura Tower.
