JYD Properties Has Purchased 37,000 sf Building From Patricia Richardson In Ft. Worth

DALLAS, TX – February 16, 2001--JYD Properties of Dallas, a private investors firm, has purchased 37,000 sq. ft. of land with a 26,000 sq. ft. building on the land located at 2829 Ft. Worth Ave. from Patricia Richardson. The property will be an investment for JYD Properties.  Representing JYD was David Valdez of Henry S. Miller Commercial Investments Division. Representing the buyer was John Allegro of John Allegro Realtors.
