Henry S. Miller, IV is a Vice President of the Retail Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, the largest commercial real estate firm in Dallas/Fort Worth. Henry has over 16 years experience in the commercial real estate business and specializes in the leasing, sales and development of commercial/retail real estate and has experience in exclusively representing national and regional retailers in securing multiple site locations. Henry first joined the company in 1996 after completing his studies at the University of Colorado. After spending four years with Henry S. Miller Interests, Inc., Henry rejoined the company in 2003.

Professional History:
Henry began his real estate career with the Henry S. Miller Companies as an associate in the Retail Division. His responsibilities included the preparation of extensive site packages for such national retailers as Whole Foods, Brooks Brothers, Boston Market, Video Update, Jared-The Galleria of Jewelry and Hollywood Video, creating and updating the Dallas/Fort Worth submarket book, as well as the preparation of marketing packages for some of the areas most exclusive properties including Highland Park Village, Preston Royal Shopping Center and Pepper Square. In early 1999, Henry joined Henry S. Miller Interests, Inc. to be a part of the development team for West Village, a mixed-use project in Dallas Uptown District. His responsibilities included lease negotiations with national retailers such as Gap, Banana Republic, Tommy Bahama, Lucky Brand Jeans and Ann Taylor. Other responsibilities included working with the general contractor, architects, and city officials in all phases of the development process. With the completion of West Village in 2001, Henry served as property manager for the retail portion of the project. Since his return to Henry S. Miller in 2003, Henry has focused on project leasing shopping centers with a current portfolio total of over 1.5 million square feet as well as the sale and acquisition of investment property with a total transaction volume of over $40 million. Henry has been a Top 1o Producer for the past 4 years.
