Shawn began her career at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC in June of 2011. Prior to her association with Henry S. Miller, she was at Marcus & Millichap where she began her commercial real estate career in Office/Industrial Acquisition and Dispositions. Shawn is a solution focused broker who looks for the best way possible to facilitate her client’s needs while actualizing on current market conditions through Acquisitions/Dispositions and Landlord/Tenant Representation. Shawn’s background in real estate, marketing, lending and counseling enables her to help her clients make more informed decisions that identify needs through long and short term goal’s. Shawn’s primary focus is in the Richardson and Plano submarkets with owners and tenant’s investment strategy in mind.
Personal Information:
Shawn is a Texas Native who lived in the Big Sky Country of Montana where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, and subsequently completed her coursework for her Masters of Education in Counseling at Montana State University. Shawn’s love for her Texas roots brought her back to Dallas in 2005, but she does admit that she misses the outdoor life that Montana offered, including hunting and fishing.
