Brett Heinen joined Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC in August of 2008 as part of the office/industrial group for the Great Southwest Industrial district. Since the beginning of 2009, Brett has closed over $7,000,000 in total volume. Brett is responsible for tracking all the available spaces, tenants, real estate transactions and owners in the market. Brett is particularly proud of his ability to fully serve his client’s needs and goes above and beyond their expectations when dealing with their real estate requirements. This, in addition to having other successful, experienced brokers on his team, help him to serve Great Southwest owners and tenants in the best way possible.

Brett graduated from Kansas State University in 2005 earning a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance. Brett was born and raised in Axtell, KS. After graduating college, he began his career with Ferguson as a credit analyst in Dallas, TX. He later took on both branch management and outside sales roles. Brett joined Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC in August 2008. Brett and his wife Nikki live in Flower Mound, TX. They enjoy spending time with their three year old daughter, Farrah and his six month old, Braxton.
