Daniel Harris is a Vice President of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC, the largest commercial real estate firm in Dallas/Fort Worth. Daniel specializes in Tenant representation, Retail Project leasing, and Sales and Acquisitions of Retail Commercial Properties. Daniel is a graduate of Kennedy Collegiate in Windsor, Canada, and attended the University of Windsor for post-graduate studies in Business and Marketing. Daniel consistently ranks as one of the top producers in the Retail Division.
Professional History:
Prior to moving to Dallas, Daniel had an 18-year corporate career in business sales, management and account development. Upon moving to Dallas in early 2001, he immediately entered the commercial real estate business, focusing primarily in retail leasing and sales, on both the Landlord/Owner and Tenant/Buyer sides of the business. Daniel’s current retail shopping center leasing portfolio is in excess of one million square feet throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. He also represents local and national retailers and restauranteurs, plus commercial land and retail purchasers. Corporate Tenant clients include Hi-Fashion Inc., Brooke Insurance Corporation, Serena Medspa, Brother’s Chicken, Woof Gang, The Sewing Room, Kids in Swings, Sidekicks Karate, “Pump it Up”, Jimmy John’s, Red’s Swagger Fashions, Maya Foods Inc. (national grocer) and other multi-location retailers.

Daniel is active in numerous real estate organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, Texas Association of Realtors, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Daniel is also an active volunteer at the Dallas Furniture Bank which is a non-profit organization for the homeless. |
