Blaine W. Cook serves as Vice President of the Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC Office/Industrial Division with a focus on representation of Office, Medical, and Industrial users. Blaine provides his clients with a keen understanding of their space occupancy needs and ensures his clients that all real estate objectives will be met. Professional History:
Prior to joining Henry S. Miller Brokerage, Blaine’s previous experience included working for IBM Corporate Real Estate and owning and managing a national franchised retail shipping business.
Mr. Cook began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 1985 specializing in tenant representation, office agency leasing and commercial property sales. Some of his clients include Epstein Becker & Green, JCPenney, American Radiology, and Boehringer Ingelheim. Blaine also spent a number of his earlier years working with both Medical Tenants and Landlords in the Baylor Medical –Downtown Dallas submarket.
