Dan Arnold heads the Corporate Services Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC providing a full spectrum of services to corporate as well as individual clients. Arnold holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri and began his real estate career in 1968.

Professional History:
Prior to joining the Miller organization, Arnold spent 29 years at the Swearingen Company, which he helped form in 1972, and where he served as President and COO for 10 years. Consistently a top producer, he headed the firm's Project Leasing Division for eight years before switching to the other side of the negotiation table and forming the firm's Corporate Services Division, specializing in tenant representation for office and industrial users. Arnold offers an intense focus, creativity and strong organizational skill that results in measurable bottom line value added results for clients. His 30 years of successful commercial real estate experience and executive decision skills are now merged with the vast depth of resources within Henry S. Miller Commercial.
